These Terms of Service govern your use of rtaonlines.com and your purchases from Rtaonlines. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
Rtaonlines is an independent online retailer based in Bigfork, Montana, United States. We sell Los Angeles-inspired streetwear, including jeans, T-shirts, and hoodies/sweatshirts.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate and complete information at checkout.
3. Orders and acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:
- The item is out of stock
- The payment is not authorized
- The order appears fraudulent
- The shipping address is incomplete or incorrect
- The order violates these terms
If we cancel an order after payment, we refund the amount to the original payment method.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. The checkout page shows the product price and shipping cost before you place your order. Shipping is free. We do not add handling fees, restocking fees, reset fees, or hidden charges.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Your payment method is charged when you place the order. If payment fails, the order is not processed.
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship only within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.
Order cut-off is 2:00 PM MT, Monday–Friday. Processing takes 1–2 business days. Shipping takes 3–5 business days. Total delivery time is 4–7 business days after order cut-off. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery. Eligible returns are free. We do not charge restocking fees or reset fees. Refunds are sent to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. We process refunds within 1–2 business days. Your bank or payment provider typically posts the refund within 7–10 business days.

7. Intellectual property
All content on rtaonlines.com, including text, images, logos, and page designs, belongs to Rtaonlines or its content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
8. User conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our website for unlawful purposes
- Submit false or misleading information
- Interfere with website security or operation
- Attempt to access another customer’s account or data
- Copy or scrape our website content
- Place orders with the intent to resell in violation of these terms
9. Product descriptions
We describe our products accurately based on the information available to us. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen. Measurements and fit may vary slightly by item. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, the Return & Refund Policy applies.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Rtaonlines is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold Rtaonlines harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your misuse of our website or products.

We suspend or terminate your access to our website if you violate these terms, place fraudulent orders, or misuse our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Montana.
